Do you offer auto-trading or managed accounts?
We have partnered with several auto-trading companies and software programs. Please contact us for a list of all of our current auto-trading options. We currently do not have managed accounts. You can have our signals traded automatically using one of our many auto-trading service options.
When are your forex signals sent?
The FlintFX Live Alerts service sends forex signals 24 hours a day. Recently, the majority of signals have been sent during the London and New York sessions. The signals are sent via email, sms mobile phone alert, and via desktop alert software. With sms mobile phone alerts you do not have to be at your computer when the signal is received.
How do I change the email and SMS that my alerts are sent to?
To change the settings on your account. Please login to your account and then visit the Account Management Page. Once logged in click on the “Edit Account Information” link.
Can I make money by referring others to your service?
Absolutely. We provide an affiliate program that pays 25% recurring commissions for all sales. In order to become an affiliate you must signup for either our free weekly newsletter or our FlintFX Live Alerts service. You will be emailed your affiliate link and program information after signing up.
I lost my password… Can you send me my login information?
To have your username and password emailed to you, please visit the login page and click on the Lost Password link.
Can I speak with you via telephone?
In order to keep our subscription fees as low as possible for our customers, we only provide support electronically. We currently offer support via email and live online chat. Please visit our contact form below or live chat support.
